PressStart Studio will be hosting Effective Writing for Aspiring Authors on Sept 14, 2-6pm. Venue will be 22 Matapang St Diliman QC.

This 4-hour workshop aims to help you get started in writing your first book.

We won't be dwelling on grammar, syntax, or sentence construction. This will not be an English writing proficiency class. Rather, we will rediscover writing as an art not a task, a therapy and not a dreaded activity.

About the Facilitator:

Elaine Fernando Ruiz had a dream of writing her own book since childhood. During her school days, Elaine won Regional Schools Press Conference and awarded Writer of the Year. She started her career in the country's biggest educational publishing company. She also became part of the Corporate Communications Team of a global educational organization. Her most recent corporate stint was as a Learning and Development Manager for an international hotel. She is the Co-founder of PressStart Studio and the author of the self-help book, Press Start: Play Guide for Life Game Changers.
